@One: Who's There? Using Data and Analytics to Know Our Online Students In-Person
In this presentation, Mike will discuss how Modesto Junior College is using demographic information to help faculty know and understand their online students. MJC has identified equity gaps and is using research-based training methods to address them. When we know who we are serving, we have a better chance of helping our online students succeed.
